A “serious” collision involving two vehicles has resulted in the closure of an A road in both directions. The crash occurred shortly before 14:30 BST on the A48 in Minsterworth, Gloucestershire.
Road closures are currently in effect from Elton Corner and Highnam Roundabout, as well as on Oakle Street. Gloucestershire Police have confirmed that emergency services are on the scene.
A police spokesperson stated, “The road closures will remain in place for some time, and motorists are advised to find alternative routes.”
Traffic monitoring service Inrix has also described the incident as “serious.”
